Fresh Market
The fresh market option is the only way to get freshly caught fish to your customers. These salmon come princess dressed (no guts, no head) and are caught, processed, and then sent to their destination via Alaska Airlines. Purchaser is responsible for pick up at the nearest airport. Getting weekly shipments during the peek of salmon season (June-July) ensures the freshest option.
